Peace and Serenity Painting by Renne’ Siewers
Genesis 1:14 – The Fourth Day
And God said, “Let there be lights in the expanse of the heavens to separate the day from the night. And God made the two great lights-the greater light to rule the day and the lesser light to rule the night and the stars. And God saw that it was good. And there was evening and there was morning, the fourth day.
Peace and Serenity
“Peace and Serenity” illustrates God's creation of the Earth and the separation of Heaven, where the Sun, Moon, and Stars exist. Heaven is God’s promise of beauty and serenity when people see beautiful gorgeous blue skies, sunsets, stars, and even the rare viewing of a blue moon. As God promised, as the sun rises, it is the beginning of a new day and new opportunities for each of us; as night approaches you see sunsets reflected on Earth’s many waters. Into the night, the reflection of the stars, and the moon on oceans, seas, and lakes. The world has many wonders but only the Sun, Moon, and Stars are shared by everyone, everywhere, every day. God is good.”

Standing Alone
Inspired by the Bahamas, I was painting onboard our home, JonNe' 42' Tayana Sailboat from 2010 to 2017, when I got inspired to paint using corrugated sign board. When you love to paint, you will use anything you can get your hands on. I put designs on the sign board and then decided what I saw. The images popped out of the paint. You can paint on anything.
